For now, hotel requests are handled personally by our travel consultants. When you submit the form, we come back to you with suitable options, a current price breakdown and the cancellation terms. That way you see every condition clearly before your reservation is confirmed.
After you send a request the process runs through a single channel: your consultant presents the options, confirms availability with the property once you decide, and only starts the payment step after you approve. Because you are booking through a TÜRSAB-licensed agency, your reservation is recorded in line with the relevant regulations.
